Precautions for using lifting straps:

1. It is necessary to prevent mechanical damage to the fibers of the lifting belt, and to avoid contact with sharp edges or rough surfaces of the lifting weight or heat generated by friction.

2. In use, the angle between the two ropes of the fiber suspension cable eye shall not exceed 30 degrees, and the angle at the connection of the soft cable eye of the lifting belt shall not exceed 20 degrees.

3. Fiber slings and lifting belts shall not be dragged or rubbed on the ground, and their surfaces shall not be contaminated with sharp particles such as mud and sand.

4. After the sling or lifting belt is contaminated by corrosive media, it should be washed with clean water in a timely manner. If it is damp, it should not be heated or dried, and can only be dried in natural circulating air;

5. When using damp polyamide fiber rope slings and lifting straps, their ultimate working load is reduced by 15%.

6. All types of fiber slings and lifting belts should be suitable for the usage environment to prevent environmental corrosion. Natural fibers should not come into contact with corrosive media such as acid and alkali; Artificial fibers must not come into contact with organic solvents; Polyamide fibers must not come into contact with acidic solutions or gases; Polyester fibers must not come into contact with alkaline solutions; The fiber sling lifting belt should not come into contact with the non-contact substances specified in the user manual;

7. Fiber slings and lifting belts shall not be used in environments outside the temperature specified in the product manual, and shall not be used in heat sources or welding workplaces;

8. It is not allowed to use unprotected bolted lifting methods in a centralized manner.

9. It is not allowed to connect the soft ring with any device that may cause damage to it. The lifting device connected to the soft ring should be smooth, without any sharp edges, and its size and shape should not tear open the joint.

10. Do not knot the lifting straps. When carrying, it is not allowed to twist it.

11. It is not allowed to use lifting straps without sheaths to carry goods with sharp corners or edges, especially when the straps are partially scratched or worn.

12. It is not allowed for the lifting belt to hang goods for too long. When the goods are stuck on the lifting belt, the lifting belt must not be pulled out from the load-bearing state.

13. Avoid the soft ring opening angle exceeding 20 °.

14. During the lifting process, the load should be kept constant. If multiple lifting straps need to be used simultaneously, the load should be evenly distributed on each lifting strap as much as possible.

15. Lifting straps should be stored in a dark and UV free environment; Lifting straps should not be stored near open flames or other heat sources.

16. The relationship between the color and load capacity of synthetic fiber lifting straps:

To prevent misuse due to unclear wear and tear on the limit working load marking of the sling, the sling itself is distinguished by color: purple represents 1000kg; Green is 2000kg; Yellow represents 3000kg; Silver gray weighing 4000kg; Red represents 5000kg; Blue represents 8000kg; Over 10000kg is orange in color.
